The Bill (Reg. №4638) envisages the amendments to the effective law regarding the specification of the official disclosure rules)
During the discussion, the members of the Committee declared that there is certain non-agreement of the bill principles with the article 22 of the Law "On Amendments to the Elicitation of the Activity of the State Power Bodies and Local Self-Governing Bodies in Ukraine by the Mass Media".
The attention was pointed out on the fact that for the scrutiny of the Parliament the bill (Reg.№4615) "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" is introduced. According to the Members of the Committee these bills should be combined.
